From careful observation over many years, we have come across most of the good Western studies concerned with children in various aspects of their development.
Observation, as educators recognized its importance, was transferred to schools, becoming one of the most important tools for evaluation and development. It is a tool whose importance has been recognized by teachers and educators, who have come to understand that it is not merely a duty to be performed, but rather, through its organization and accumulation, it can be a source of studies, research, and statistics that serve the field of education and a fertile ground for development and creativity in the service of childhood and society.
Teachers need serious training in observation skills. This is not just observation, but rather an impartial, conscious, and accurate transmission of a child's actions and behaviors with themselves, their surroundings, and their peers. Continuous monitoring is essential to mastering this essential skill in their work. Observation requires effective, understanding cooperation among all stakeholders in the educational process to be fruitful.
Don't you agree with me that it is our duty to work for the day when we are not forced to import foreign studies that were applied to children other than ours and that originated from cultures alien to us? Rather, we adopt the results of our own studies and research, use them with confidence and pride, and export them to others.
